What this engagement delivers
Hiring difficulties are often self-inflicted: a job description listing eleven technologies, a title that undersells the seniority, a take-home task requiring twelve unpaid hours, or a five-stage process that loses candidates to faster employers. We review your posting, process and interview questions, then rewrite the description and propose a shorter loop that still gives you the signal you need. The advice is practical and specific to hiring engineers in India.
